We arrived at Sole-Bello Aparthotel at 11am on Saturday 1st July. We were advised that our room was still being cleaned and wouldn't be ready until 3pm.At just after 3pm we attempted to check in and was told that there was a problem with our original room and that it wasn't going to be available. At this stage we were offered just a basic room here rather than the one bed apartment that we had booked or we could move to another hotel where it would also be just a room. As I am pregnant and just wanted to freshen up and rest after having been on the road for 12 hours, we agreed to see the room. The room was well below standard and was dirty and still not been cleaned. This was upsetting and we still wanted the apartment that we had booked which is what we told the receptionist. We asked to speak to the Manager about the situation but was told they were not available. After a short while we were told we could have an apartment. We viewed the apartment and although it had still not been cleaned (now nearly 4pm) we agreed to have it and the receptionist said she will have it cleaned. There was no mention of having to change rooms the next day and the receptionist yesterday advised that she would change other guests around.Today, 2nd July, on leaving the hotel to go the to shops we were chased into the street by another receptionist who insisted that we had to change rooms. (This is because we booked a one bed apartment and they could only offer us a two bed.) We said no, after already unpacking all of our possessions we were not going to do that and being pregnant this would cause me a lot of stress. She then started shouting at us insisted that we WILL be changing rooms. I felt extremely harassed by her behaviour, the woman was very aggressive and intimidating, especially in the street. It was embarrassing for us. After a day at the beach we didn't know what was going to happen and was worried they might have moved our clothes etc. Instead we came back to more shouting from the receptionist and then the room door bell rang and the receptionist from yesterday advised that if we don't move the Police would be called! After viewing yet another room to move to which doesn't have a balcony that we requested, we then saw that the Police had been called anyway!! After speaking with the Police who also acknowledged that this hotel had breached their contractual duties to us, the Manager's response was 'it's not my problem'. No sympathy for putting a pregnant woman through unnecessary stress.We were then told that if we wanted to leave the hotel we could but at our own cost. We took this as a threat of being kicked out completely so we decided that a bad room was better than no room. Trust me, this room was so bad, a smelly, cave like room with no real natural light and security risk. We left the hotel the following day at our cost to try and enjoy the remainder of our holiday.Don't book this hotel!

El otro día pedimos pizzas para cenar y hemos de decir que buenísimas! A partir de ahora este será nuestro plan de viernes noche, sin duda. Gracias Com a Casa por estas pizzas caseras!

Lo recomiendo. Restaurante con ambiente familiar y agradable. Muy buena atención. La comida muy rica, variada y excelente su presentación.

El sushi muy rico, con diferentes menús para elegír. Bien preparado para llevar.

Me encantó!! Un lugar sencillo atendido por su dueña que es un encanto de persona. La comida exquisita y los precios razonables.

Muy bien situado junto a la playa. Personal muy amable. Apartamento bonito ... Le quito 3 estrellas porque no tiene aire acondicionado y mi hijo de cuatro meses ha sudado lo que no está escrito.
